How to Issue a Refund

In this video, you'll learn how to issue a refund using CHEXIT AI powered by Bodega AI POS.

From the Main Menu, select Issue Refund. Enter the refund amount, provide a reason in the Description box, and choose Cash or Card as the refund method. Review the details, confirm the amount, and complete the refund. Your refund has now been successfully processed.
