How to Refund a Returned Item

In this video, you'll learn how to quickly process an item return using CHEXIT AI powered by Bodega AI POS.

To refund an item, scan, select, or search for the item the customer would like to return. Once the item is added to the cart, select it and tap Refund. Choose Cash Refund to issue a cash refund, or Other Payment Types to return the funds to a card, gift card, or store credit. Finally, review the details and confirm the refund.
